When asked what was needed in our community, Hip Donelson responded, “We want a farmers market!” An enthusiastic group of volunteers began planning to make this dream come true, and the Hip Donelson Farmers Market opened mid-summer 2012. The Market was an immediate success and continues to grow and improve. We are now proud members of the TN Association of Farmers Markets and The Farmers Market Coalition. In 2018, the Market will be moving to the grounds of Two Rivers Mansion, a beautiful park-like setting and historic venue. Centrally located and close to Briley Parkway, the market will also be accessible via the Greenways in Two Rivers Park.
