About Indian Hills Farmer's Market

The Indian Hills Community Center and Sign are under the stewardship of the Indian Hills Improvement Association. IHIA is NOT an HOA, but a 501c3 with a primary focus of promoting a sense of community. The Community Center can be rented for Weddings, Birthdays, Memorials, Graduations and other events. The Historic Building was originally a school house built in 1923 for District 38. It was deeded over to IHIA in 1958. The world famous Community Sign was erected in 1987.
